Over the years, my passion has centered on launching new initiatives for both sports and SaaS-based ventures. I excel in crafting and executing innovative strategies from the ground up, always with an eye toward discovering viable business models and exploring new market territories.
 
My global career journey has enriched me with multicultural sensitivities, having worked across India, the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, and the US. I am dedicated to helping organizations enhance their revenue, reach, and relevance.

GTM Fit & New Market Expansion

Creating an effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy is crucial for early-stage startups to establish their presence and capture market share. I worked with a leading edtech startup to launch them in multiple markets including India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and the US. I also supported an employee wellness startup launch in Middle East, Europe and Thailand and Australia.

Outbound Setup & Lead Generation

Outbound setup and lead generation are my specialties. I have the knowledge and tools to setup the process to generate high-quality leads. By implementing effective lead generation strategies, I have helped a B2B Mentoring startup, a content provider, an employee wellness startup and consulting company generate 20-25 new sales qualified opportunities every month

Partnership Channels

By establishing strategic partnerships, you can tap into new markets, grow reach in your existing markets in the long run. I help an edtech startup, an employee wellness provider, a consulting company build their partner channel from scratch. From creating partner strategy to building your ideal partner profile and getting partners on board - I supported these startups to build an effective partner channel and drive revenue which contributed upwards of 30% to the overall ARR

I provide customized solutions to support clients in their sales strategy and extended sales efforts. I have sold to enterprise and mid market clients in India, Malaysia, Singapore, UK, Dubai, Philippines, US, Canada, Australia. I have closed deals from $20k to $1MM++ across markets.
